Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®) Assessment
OPM3 is a framework designed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to help organizations assess their current level of project management maturity while identifying critical areas of development to attain optimal levels of maturity. OPM3 is structured to look beyond individual projects and encompasses the domains of programs (i.e., multiple projects) and the overall portfolio (projects and programs within the organization’s realm of authority).
