Planning Tools Anyone that has been associated with projects knows that planning promotes positive performance. In other words, planning is paramount! Planning can also be the most difficult phase of any project for two primary reasons: we don’t know what we don’t know yet everyone has his or her idea of how the project should unfold. At Tanden, we have developed some fundamental facilitation tools to help key stakeholders do a better job of defining and planning their projects. We use pre-printed PostIt Note® templates designed to assist in the project definition and scheduling activities. Our unique templates include: WBS Nodes Activity Nodes WBS Nodes or Activity Nodes can be ordered directly from Tanden LLC for $89.95 (USD) per box (20 pads with 50 nodes each pad).
